PowerBuild Construction is proud to lead the development of the GT Student Housing project, located just one block from Georgia Tech, a convenient two-minute walk for students.

From site preparation to vertical construction, PowerBuild Construction is managing every phase of the eight-story building, which will feature a variety of apartment layouts, including studios, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units. With a total of 100 apartments and 307 beds, the building will offer modern amenities like a gym, courtyard, and shared study spaces.

Staying on schedule, the project is set for completion in August 2025, just in time for the fall semester.
