Whitemill Village

Powerbuild Construction is serving as the general contractor for the Whitemill Village project, located on White Hill School Rd in Commerce, GA 30529.

The development encompasses approximately 91.86 acres in total. Of this, about 8 acres with frontage along Hwy 441 are designated for future commercial use, providing opportunities for retail, dining, and neighborhood services that will complement the community. The remaining 83.86 acres are planned for residential development, with an initial concept that includes 99 single-family homes. These homes are designed with an average size of approximately 2,200 square feet, offering modern layouts to meet the needs of today’s families.

Powerbuild Construction will oversee the full scope of construction activities, from site development and infrastructure work to the delivery of high-quality residential units. The project is envisioned as a thoughtfully planned mixed-use community that combines convenient commercial access with a welcoming residential environment.
